John Firnhaber has established a strong, professional working relationship with the owners and investors that have entrusted us with their properties to manage, as well as Board members of our HOA Management accounts. His guidance and assistance on a daily basis helps them to reach their goals. Because of his work ethic and commitment, John constantly strives to achieve that the highest levels of services are maintained. He became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981, Broker in 1985 and acquired PMT in 1987.
Under John's leadership, Property Management of Texas has become a diversified real estate company that specializes in University of Texas Pre-Leasing as well as sales, investments and rentals in Travis County. With his vast knowledge of the Austin market, he offers a unique blend of experience and creative vision.

HOA
Scott R. Miller
Scott Miller joined PMT in 2008 to oversee and expand the Home Owner Association Department. Prior to that, he was a property manager for a large Austin management company with 29 years experience in all forms of Real Estate and Property Management. Scott uses his vast experience to assist the boards with their short term and long term goals; assisting in any capital improvements and always trying to maintain the value of each owner's investment. He also coordinates all annual meetings of the association presenting financial information and developing a yearly budget. Scott is a hands on manager and deals directly with all associations and their boards.
Richelle R. Borders
Richelle Borders came to PMT in 2008 to oversee the Accounting for the HOA's. She has worked in the Property Management Industry for over 15 years and has experience in all aspects of Property Management. Her esperience as a Leasing Agent, Real Estate Agent, Property Manager and Bookkeeper allows her to apply her knowledge of the in's and out's of the industry. She works with the Property Manager closely to make sure that the budgets are followed and that the associations stay on track with payments and other obligations. Richelle is also always available for the board or homeowner's should they have any financial questions.

SuZan Glover brings to Property Management of Texas over 10 years of professional experience in real estate including the fields of investment, market analysis and property management.
She began her career as an on-site agent for a major, nationwide builder. There, she received intense, year-long training in the construction of residential properties from the ground up.
Then, she joined a professional real estate company which emphasized innovative marketing techniques as well as the details of specialized residential sales' sectors.
Suzan’s years at PMT have given her an opportunity to participate in all areas of the residential home market including: condominium and residential leasing and sales, experience with HOA rules and regulations, the purchase of second homes and investment properties and the management of properties for investors and out-of-town owners.

Lizanne Bodin
During the robust years of condominium marketing on West Campus in 1985, Lizanne Bodin joined PMT as a real estate agent specializing in leasing. Prior to her arrival in Austin, she was the Sales and Marketing Director for a large condominium developer in Dallas, Texas.Lizanne has also been teaching secondary English for over 13 years in public education and holds a Masters. Because of her loyalty to Property Management of Texas, she would always return after completion of a teaching contract and is now the Leasing Manager.
